Two U.S. marshals and an FBI agent were shot Saturday night in Topeka, and the injuries were not life-threatening. A fourth federal agent also suffered the same injuries, but it's unclear what agency the officer is associated with, said Lt. Colleen Stuart of Topeka Police. During the shooting, a fire broke out at the motel, and firefighters are working to put it out, police said. It's unclear whether the suspect is still inside or has escaped, according to Stuart.
